  • It is the interface for exchanging information on errors, support requests and enhancement requirements between FERNBACH and its customers.
  • The FERNBACH Service Desk team is available from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. CET.
  • Enquiries are entered into our Incident Management Tool (ticket system) by our customers and then classified by our expert team at the Service Desk in order to enable fast processing.
  • This ensures that no enquiry is lost or remains unanswered if one of our experts is absent.
  • In this system, you can track and monitor the processing of their queries in a completely transparent overview.
